Annual Fund and Club Levels of Sponsorship
PRESIDENT'S CLUB - GOLD MEMBER
This level of giving or sponsorship recognizes contributors whose cumulative giving equals or exceeds $20,000 each fiscal year. Gold members receive the following benefits:
- Recognition and logo display on the SNMA website, with the option of a hyperlink to your company website for each fiscal year of giving
- Recognition in SNMA giving publications (e.g., Annual Report, JSNMA, etc.)
- Complimentary full-page (black and white) advertisements in the Journal of the Student National Medical Association (JSNMA) during each fiscal year of giving
- Complimentary subscription to the Journal of the Student National Medical Association (JSNMA) for each fiscal year of giving
- Consideration of special requests and/or targeted electronic mailings to SNMA chapters and/or members
- Visible participation and recognition at the SNMA Annual Medical Education Conference (AMEC) during each year of giving that includes:
- Complimentary booth in the AMEC Professional Exhibit Hall and/or PmF Recruitment Fair
- Complimentary registration for four (4) representatives at the AMEC
- Priority to conduct workshops and/or to participate in a plenary session
- Complimentary full page (black and white) advertisement in the AMEC Program Booklet
PRESIDENT'S CLUB - SILVER MEMBER
This level of giving recognizes contributors whose cumulative giving ranges from $10,000 to $19,999 each fiscal year. Silver members receive the following benefits:
- Recognition on the SNMA website
- Recognition in SNMA giving publications (e.g., Annual Report, JSNMA, etc.)
- Complimentary half-page (black and white) advertisements in the Journal of the Student National Medical Association (JSNMA) during each fiscal year of givingComplimentary subscription to the Journal of the Student National Medical Association (JSNMA) during each fiscal year of giving
- Visible participation and recognition at SNMA’s Annual Medical Education Conference (AMEC) during each year of giving that includes:
- Complimentary registration for two (2) representatives at the AMEC

PRESIDENT'S CLUB - BRONZE MEMBER
This level of giving or sponsorship recognizes contributors whose cumulative giving ranges from $5,000 to $9,999, each fiscal year. Bronze members receive the following benefits:

- Recognition in SNMA giving publications (e.g., Annual Report, JSNMA, etc.)
- Complimentary subscription to the Journal of the Student National Medical Association (JSNMA) during each fiscal year of giving
- Complimentary half-page (black and white) advertisement in the Annual Medical Education Conference (AMEC) Program Booklet
CENTURY CLUB
This level of giving or sponsorship recognizes contributors whose cumulative giving ranges from $100 to $4,999 each fiscal year. Century Club members receive the following benefits:
- Recognition on the SNMA website
- Recognition in SNMA giving publications (e.g., Annual Report, JSNMA, etc.)
- Recognition in the Annual Medical Education Conference Program Booklet
THE CHAIR'S CIRCLE (NEW GIVING CLUB LEVEL):
This level of giving or sponsorship recognizes contributors whose cumulative giving equals or exceeds $50,000 each fiscal year. Members receive the following benefits:
- Recognition and logo display on the SNMA website, with the option of a hyperlink to your company website for each fiscal year of giving
- Recognition in SNMA giving publications (e.g., Annual Report, JSNMA, etc.)
- Complimentary full-page (black and white) advertisements in the Journal of the Student National Medical Association during each fiscal year of giving
- Complimentary full-page (color) advertisement in the JSNMA for one issue
- Complimentary subscription to the Journal of the Student National Medical Association (JSNMA) for each fiscal year of giving
- Consideration of special requests and/or targeted electronic mailings to SNMA chapters and/or members
- Visible participation and recognition at the SNMA Annual Medical Education Conference (AMEC) during each fiscal year of giving that includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Complimentary booth in the AMEC Professional Exhibit Hall and/or PmF Recruitment Fair, with priority booth placement
