Jordan Forum was established to extend research opportunities to SNMA student members, enable them to display their scientific competence and to award them for their academic and research accomplishments. Since its inception more than 35 years ago, more than $150,000 has been awarded to Research Forum participants. Sterling, MD, MPH, Endowment Fund » Donate OnlineThe Jeffrey E. Sterling Fund honors Jeffrey E. Sterling, MD, MPH, Chairperson Emeritus of SNMA and founder of the Minority Association of Premedical Students (MAPS). The purpose of the fund is to provide a perpetual source of scholarships for minority Premedical students. The fund began with an initial donation of $50,000 from Dr. Sterling and after the Endowment of $100,000 is reached, scholarship funds will be generated from the interest.Jeffrey E. Grant proposals are submitted to the National Community Service Committee and reviewed with input from the regional directors and community service liaisons.Region National Dues » Donate OnlineSNMA regions only are required to pay $150 dues annually to the National Headquarters, which are due by January 15th of every year (HOD 1995). Regions that fail to meet this requirement will be invoiced and the amount owed payable within 30 days.
