Chapter ResourcesChapter Resources are provided by SNMA National Headquarters to provide support for chapters and the members as they conduct community outreach. Being a chapter officer or active member can be overwhelming. There are policies and procedures with which chapter officers must be familiar in order to maintain a successful, nationally-recognized chapter. Chapter Documentation
Important Deadlines and Submission DatesQuarterly Financial Statements Quarterly Financial Statement Report collects information about the chapter's financial activity. This information assists the organization at the national and regional levels to accurately report what the organization is doing. Quarterly Financial Statement Forms Due: Jan 15, Apr 15, Jul 15, and Aug 15 Chapters must submit quarterly CRF and QFS forms to maintain their "Active" status. Only active chapters are eligible for chapter benefits including exclusive SNMA scholarship opportunities, research awards/grant opportunities, recognition at regional and national conferences, HOD voting eligibility at AMEC, access to chapter resources and much more. Quarterly Financial Statement Forms The Chapter Report Form is essential to providing critical program data that is utilized by SNMA to apply for grants and other funding along with measuring the impact of programs designed to further enhance and support the organization's mission. April 15 Report = January 1 to March 31 For example, if you are completing the January CRF, report events held between October 1st and December 31st.
